Empty Nest Syndrome


Empty-nest syndrome is the name given to a psychological condition that can affect a woman around the time that one or more of her children leave home. In 2009, with unprecedented numbers of young people going to college, it is so common that Parentline Plus have actually established an advice line for people who have it.
